Professor Gates Shows Gratitude Towards 9-1-1 Caller (It’s The Very Least He Could Do)

(CNN) — The woman who made the 911 call that led to Harvard University professor Henry Louis Gates’ controversial arrest wasn’t present at the so-called beer summit.

So Pr. Gates gave the woman flowers. Everything is fine now, right? Wrong! This woman has been getting so many remarks and threats that the police officer would likely be in shock! I don’t understand why she wasn’t invited to this beer party in the first place! It’s not like President Obama didn’t have enough beer to go around!

In her further defence, she had no idea who was entering the house! Her actions had nothing to do with race, there was a man acting suspiciously around a house (using different entrances, breaking doors, etc.) and someone wanted to report it. I don’t know why this woman was around his house, if they were neighbours, why didn’t she know who lived there.

But, anyway, the president spoke on the matter and caused confusion, so he made up for it by inviting Gates and the police officer who arrested him to have beer at the White House. First of all, what is that saying? Break into your own home and act disorderly and you get free beer with Mr. President? Maybe I should break into my own home and… Never mind!
